Meet The Face Behind Groundwork Construction Cleaning

I’m Steven Miller, the proud owner of Groundwork Construction Cleaning. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

As far back as I can remember, I was always rather creative and enjoyed helping others. I initially went into the field of photography before finding my true passion, which is cleaning.

It all started nearly twenty-seven years ago when I approached a local builder and offered to clean windows. They wanted a comprehensive cleaning done, and I agreed to meet the requirement. So, the rest, as they say, is history.

In the years I have been in the construction cleaning business, things haven’t quietened down as new homes are being built and renovated all the time. Of course, certain interior design features and fashions come and go, but this just makes cleaning even more challenging and fun.

The part of my day-to-day work life that I most enjoy is helping builders and homeowners overcome the stress of moving in when the build is still not complete and the traders are still working. I take pride in knowing the services I offer streamlines the entire process, making the whole experience smooth and efficient. My main goal is to find ways to take the burden off clients’ shoulders, reducing their workload and stress.

I have often found that people don’t know what they need or want to be done until pressed. I do not hesitate to ask questions to find out what my clients really need, which sets me apart from others.

I attribute my success to my concentration on customer satisfaction, service, and reliability, so much so that a good percentage of my current business comes back for more or recommends my services to others.

Serving the Vancouver area and many communities for as long as I have has given me immense satisfaction over the years.

When I am not at work, I have a few different hobbies and personal interests. However, I most enjoy spending quality time with family and friends as they truly matter the most to me.

I also believe in giving back to society and, as part of that belief, participate in local initiatives and contribute when I can to various causes.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
